Strategic collaboration with Climatechange AI allowed us to integrate cutting-edge methodologies and establish valuable international connections.
During the project development, we discovered that the bootcamp needed to go beyond mere knowledge transfer. The key lay in creating a transformative experience that combined technical training with personalized mentoring and access to global expert networks. Every decision was made considering the balance between academic rigor and practical applicability.
The process revealed the importance of flexibility in format, allowing in-person, online, and hybrid modalities to maximize reach and impact. We implemented a sustainable financial model to ensure long-term viability, consciously steering clear of superficial practices like greenwashing.
