In 2023, Santiago was chosen as one of the 35 global cities to participate in the campaign "Informing Women, Transforming Lives", driven by The Carter Center. The goal was clear: to ensure more women gained access to public information that could change their lives.
But in Santiago, that goal had a concrete face: the invisible caregivers. Women who sustain community well-being with their bodies and time, without recognition, without a support network, without real access to the information that could enhance their everyday reality.
It was in this context that BlackPista reached out to us to co-develop this project together.
