In a market saturated with chains offering a rigid service and ambiguous quality coffee, the brand envisioned a premium proposition that celebrated community connection and social awareness. Their vision aimed to create the preferred gathering spot for coffee lovers and change agents.

The challenge was to become the benchmark of the industry, overcoming entrenched habits of fast consumption and little information about the product’s origin. The team saw a historical opportunity: the public began demanding consistency between speech and practice, yearning for brands with authentic purpose.
