One Sports is an organization dedicated to high-performance sports programs that are compatible with education, aiming to nurture young soccer players without neglecting their studies. Founded in 2010, the initiative seeks to fill a gap in the national sports industry: there was no existing structure in the country to comprehensively develop elite athletes by combining sports and academic training.
In this context, One Sports emerged as the only option for many young people with the dream of becoming professional soccer players without giving up their education, but it faced a critical challenge: defining a clear brand strategy that communicated its unique proposition and enabled it to scale its impact in a competitive field. The market situation demanded urgency; it was essential to unify the brand's messaging and differentiate it in an environment where traditional sports academies were abundant, in order to capitalize on the opportunity at the right moment.

In the sports sector, there was a deep-rooted and limiting belief: that success in high-performance soccer and academic achievement couldn't coexist. The traditional culture left a trail of young people left behind—95% of the kids who try out for professional clubs aren't accepted, resignedly told by society “You didn't make it, focus on your studies”. This dichotomy implied that only a few 'chosen ones' continued in sports, while the rest abandoned their athletic dreams for lack of alternatives.
One Sports challenged that notion, refusing to believe that sports and education have to be at odds. Instead of simply promising “we educate you”, they aimed to “save the 'talents' left by sports” and, even better, transform the passion for sports into a driver for life for each young person. This perspective revealed that the true potential of their athletes lay in combining athletic performance with personal and academic growth, something the industry overlooked.
After thoroughly analyzing the essence of One Sports, we uncovered another truth: sports are a vehicle for personal fulfillment only when nurtured by a community and shared purpose. In its internal dialogue, One Sports emphasized that “we are people serving people”, focused on building human beings and creating life experiences, while simultaneously building community and a sense of belonging. This organizational culture—horizontal, collaborative, empathetic, and diverse—was driven across the board by a passion for changing the social reality of soccer.
Seeing themselves as a united sports family, capable of supporting young people in all their dimensions, they could unleash a transformative energy that no conventional academy offered. In short, they understood that the phrase “we are all one” was more than an ideal; it symbolized the reflection of their culture and the key to taking their impact to the next level.
